Government will issue ration cards to devotees
The Uttar Pradesh government has started its preparations for organizing the Mahakumbh to be held in Prayagraj in the year 2025. Where Bhandars are organized at many places during the Kumbh Mela. So this time the Uttar Pradesh government will also provide the facility of free ration to the devotees. Ration cards will be issued by the government to the Kalpavasis and devotees staying for several days in Maha Kumbh.
If they use them, they will be given the facility of ration. On behalf of the government, the Fertilizer and Logistics Department will arrange 160 ration shops in the entire fair area. Where ration will be provided to the devotees at a reasonable price.

Ration will be given twice
The ration shops that will be set up by the government in the fair area. There, ration will be given to Kalpavasis and devotees on showing their ration cards. The government will provide ration twice in January and February. For this, five warehouses should also be built separately. According to the information received from the government, this entire project will cost more than Rs 43 crore.

Devotees will also be given sugar and cooking gas at these ration shops. Separate outlets will be set up for purchasing LPG cylinders. Ration cards will be issued to approximately 2 lakh devotees. Devotees and Kalpavasis living in Akharas and camps will also be able to avail the benefits of this scheme of the government.
